SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE anywhere within the Europe for orders of 85€ or more. 
Orders under 85€ are quoted based on weight and desired ship method.
Shipping varies by weight and destination.

If you order a pre-order item along with other items, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered item is available to be shipped. It is recommended that you purchase pre-order items separately if you do not want to wait for the other items. 

Shipping costs include VAT. 

All items ship from our fulfillment center in Poland.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds will be honored within 30 days of purchase for all shipped items. Buyer must pay return ship costs, unless the return is due to an error on our end. Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in (sealed items must return still sealed). All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Unshipped items can be refunded or exchanged for store credit or equally priced items at any time.
